David Lewes knew Terry Frost in 1948/9 and reminisces on watching the fishing boats in St Ives Harbour with him.
He then outlines Frost's career to date, including his time in Cyprus, his love of Lorca, a visit to France to see the work of Picasso and the Matisse Chapel in Vence.
David Lewes was a friend of Terry Frosts and an expert in the St Ives Artists; he wrote a definitive biography of Terry Frost in 2000, published by Lund Humphries.
