Cissbury Ring, just north of the coastal town of Worthing, is one of the jewels in the crown of the new South Downs National Park. It's the largest hill fort in Sussex and has a history dating back over 5,000 years.

These prints are reminiscent of John Constable's landscape etchings, in particular "Old Sarum", published in 1830, with second plates published later in 1855.

In October 2016 Phil Tyler will exhibit these prints with his new series of equally atmospheric paintings of and from Cissbury Ring.
